July Vegan Littles Playdate: Errol Heights Park 7/18
The next Vegan Littles Playdate will be at Errol Heights- a hidden gem in SE. This park has a mix of sunny and shaded areas, plus a splash pad. All families with children 0 – 5 years old are invited to play and mingle. Older children and siblings are more than welcome as well. There will be snacks for adults and kiddos. You do not need to be a registered Vegan Scout family to participate. If you want to learn more about Vegan Scouts, the Eastside Koala Pod Leaders (Shannon and Teale) will be available to chat.

9:30am – 11:30am

Errol Heights Park
8306 SE 45th Portland, OR 97206
We will set up in a shaded spot close to the play ground. Look for a purple table cloth and purple vests.
What to bring: Just bring yourself and your family and if you liked… a picnic blanket, sunscreen, any preferred snacks, and swim gear if you want to play in the splash pad!
July Outdoorsy Club: Cedar Park 7/19
July’s Outdoorsy Club will travel to Sandy, Oregon’s Cedar Park for not a hike, but just a fun hangout! Bring your bikes, skates, boards, or blades and enjoy moving our bodies together at this brand new skate park/pump park! Or join us in exploring the playground and general park area.
When & Where:
Sunday, July 19th
10am – noon (*depending on the Scouts pace!)
This Outdoorsy Club is open to anyone interested; you do not need to be a Member to join us.
🍪 Calling All Bakers: Help Support the Vegan Scouts!
We are looking for volunteer bakers to whip up some delicious treats for our upcoming fundraiser. Whether you’re a master of vegan croissants, a cookie connoisseur, or a brownie boss, we would love to have your creations on our table!
All proceeds go to supporting Vegan Scouts!
Scout-Led Vegan Bake Sale

Where: Flip Side Vegan Market (6550 North Interstate Ave, Portland)

August/Mount St. Helens Campout Registration Now Open!
Our Mount St. Helen’s Campout registration is open until July 31st! If you need to register after that date for any reason, please email [email protected] and we can probably work with you!

Membership dues are $50-$150 sliding scale/year per child. Dues help cover costs. Vegan Scouts is an all-volunteer organization. Dues may be paid in installments. We provide fee subsidies whenever possible so that no family is turned away for lack of funds.
All Vegan Scouts activities are parent/child.
