October All-Scout Gathering:Bread Making!
October 1 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Please join us for a special All-Scout Gathering. Alex, originally from Venezuela and the founder of MASA Non-Basic Bakery (which specializes in vegan, organic sourdough and pastry) will be joining us for a collaborative, hands-on demonstration, sharing the magic behind the making of their sourdough bread. You can find MASA’s delicious goods such as: Strawberry + Cream Cruffins, Classic and Almond Croissants, Raspberry + Cream Nests and more around town at La Lucha Coffee, Exquisite Creatures Coffee, PDX Coffee Club and Matta Caffe. Alex recently joined students from Catlin Gabel for a hands-on Sourdough bread making session and said he would love to do a similar session with the Vegan Scouts!
